How long does it take?
Startup World can register a Pty Ltd company and deliver all necessary company registration documents to your nominated email address, normally within 10 minutes of receiving your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It can take a bit longer if you are requesting a name that is not in the Macquarie Dictionary (such as a made up word) or if the form 201 is rejected by ASIC for any reason.
Please use our “Check company name” option prior to registration to ensure your proposed name is available and whether the application will go down for manual review.
Examples of unavailable names include an already existing company or business name, certain restricted words or phrases (eg bank, building society, trust, university, RSL) or names ASIC considers offensive.
Startup World uses Australia Post parcel service to deliver printed and bound copies of the Company Register to your nominated address Australia wide. All packages are sent from our office in the Sydney metro area. Service standards can be found here.

As well as sending your register documents via email in PDF format, Startup World will also print, bind and arrange your documents in a hard cover folder with useful dividers for easy reference.
Bank Account Kit – from $8.80 incl GST
You will be provided with the necessary documents and a prefilled application letter to a bank in order to open a bank account in your company’s name.
Common Seal - $66 incl GST
Startup World will send you a customised seal which includes your new company’s name and ACN to be used with any ink pad via express post.
